Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website at withaxiome.com(the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

Use of the Axiome platform itself is governed by the separate written agreement between Axiome, Inc. and your organisation. Where that agreement and these terms conflict in relation to the platform, that agreement prevails.

The service

Axiome provides a voyage financial workflow platform for commercial shipping operators, including tools for demurrage and off-hire recovery, EU ETS cost recovery, charter party analysis, EUA treasury management, and receivables tracking. The Site describes this service and is provided for general information.

Accounts and access

Access to the platform is provisioned to authorised users under your organisation's agreement with Axiome. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable regulations.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.
• Introduce malicious code, overload our infrastructure, or interfere with other users.
• Access accounts, data, or systems belonging to other organisations.

Intellectual property

All software, designs, algorithms, and content that make up the Axiome platform and Site are the exclusive property of Axiome, Inc. or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these terms or your service agreement.

Customer data

Your data remains yours. By submitting data to the platform, you grant Axiome a limited licence to host and process that data solely to deliver the contracted service and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use it to train models.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiome makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete, accurate, or current. Warranties relating to the platform are set out in your service agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability arising from the platform is governed by your service agreement.

Third-party services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, including Calendly for demo scheduling. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of those services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time where necessary to protect the Site, our users, or our rights. Termination of platform access is governed by your service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time by updating this page and the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These terms, together with any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axiome regarding the Site.
