Who we are
Axiome, Inc. ("Axiome", "we", "us") operates the website at withaxiome.com and the maritime voyage finance platform at app.withaxiome.com. Our contact address is work@withaxiome.com.
Security & compliance
Protecting your data is core to how Axiome operates. Our controls are built and mapped to the leading security and privacy frameworks, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest, processed within EU regions where required, and never sold or used to train models.

What we collect and why
- Demo requests. When you book a demo via Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide. We use this solely to schedule and conduct the demo. Calendly is a third-party service with its own privacy policy.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Vercel Analytics is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint browsers, and does not collect personal identifiers. Only aggregated, anonymised data is recorded.
- Platform data. If you use the Axiome platform, we process voyage data, charter party documents, and related financial records that you or your organisation provide. This data is used exclusively to deliver the service and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis (GDPR)
For visitors in the European Economic Area, we process personal data on the following bases:
- Legitimate interests, analytics that help us improve the website, where those interests do not override your rights.
- Contract performance, processing platform data to deliver the services you have engaged us to provide.
- Consent, where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing work@withaxiome.com.
Data retention
Demo-request data is retained for as long as it takes to complete the sales process, and deleted within 12 months if no contract is entered into. Platform data is retained for the duration of the customer agreement and deleted within 90 days of termination unless legal obligations require otherwise.
Third-party processors
- Vercel, website hosting and anonymised analytics. Data processed in the US under standard contractual clauses.
- Calendly, demo booking. Data processed per Calendly's own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at work@withaxiome.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies. If you book a demo, Calendly may set its own session cookies consistent with its privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
